Kingfa Level 3 Surgical Face Masks provide the highest level of fluid resistance in the ASTM surgical mask ratings. Level 3 masks are designed for procedures with a heavy risk of fluid, spray, or aerosol exposure, such as surgery, dental work, and wound care involving irrigation.

The pleated, multi-layer design with ear loops offers a comfortable fit for extended wear. Masks are disposable and intended for single use. One box of 50 blue masks.
